1. Introduction

This Terms of Service Agreement (“Terms,” “Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding contract between Skyline Transportation LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company with its principal place of business in Nashville, Tennessee (“Skyline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and you, the individual or entity accessing or using our services (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). • Ride Credits: Non-refundable credits issued to Clients in lieu of a cancellation fee, valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issuance for use toward future rides.
• Services: All transportation services, online booking functionalities, payment processing through Stripe, customer support, and related offerings provided by Skyline.
• Stripe: Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor responsible for handling all financial transactions associated with the Services.
• Vehicle: Any automobile, van, limousine, or other conveyance owned, leased, or operated by Skyline to provide transportation services.
• Website: The domain www.skylinenash.vip, including all associated subdomains, pages, functionalities, and mobile applications.
• Prohibited Conduct: Any action or behavior that violates these Terms, including but not limited to intoxication, damaging Vehicles, carrying prohibited items, or harassing Drivers or other passengers.
• Cancellation Fee: A fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the booked fare, charged for cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled pick-up time.
• Service Area: The geographic region in which Skyline provides transportation services, including Davidson County, Williamson County, Rutherford County, and a 50-mile radius from Nashville, TN, subject to operational discretion.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these ToS. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. Users must be at least 18 years of age.

4. Services Provided

Skyline Transportation LLC offers transportation services in and around Nashville, TN. Bookings are made online, with payments processed securely via Stripe.
